Indemnification

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Indigo Blue Capital regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Effective date” above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
